Kenny Dichter is a special advisor to Rosecliff Ventures. He is the Founder and CEO of Wheels Up, a mammoth in the private aviation industry. Kenny, a serial entrepreneur, has founded numerous companies in the past 20 years in industries ranging from marketing and media to tequila. Dating back to 1996, he founded his first company, Alphabet City, a sports marketing and music company which was sold in 1998. Since then he has founded successful companies such as MGX Lab, an independent, full-service, digital media, brand strategy, and business development company, Tour GCX Partners, Inc., a golf membership program, and most famously, Marquis Jets in 2001 and Tequila Avion in 2010. Marquis Jets, his first venture into the private aviation business, is where he introduced the first-ever fractional jet card program, something that revitalized the industry. After growing the company exponentially and ultimately selling Marquis Jets to Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway’s Net Jets in 2010, Dichter immediately pivoted to his next venture by co-founding Tequila Avion, un ultra-premium brand that in 30 months positioned itself as an emerging leader in its category. Having made his name with Marquis Jets, Dichter has once again disrupted the industry with Wheels Up, a revolutionary membership-based private aviation company that focuses on eliminating fixed costs and providing unparalleled flexibility. It has seen tremendous growth and is loved by celebrities and athletes such as Serena Williams, Rickie Fowler, and Erin Andrews. Venture Partner

Marcus Antebi is a special advisor to Rosecliff Ventures. He is the Founder and CEO of Juice Press, New York’s fastest growing organic food retailer. For over 25 years Marcus has been highly involved and interested in athletics and nutrition. In the early 90’s he started with rock climbing and then got involved in ultimate frisbee where he played in competitive leagues. In his mid 20’s he pursued skydiving where he began his business career by starting a company called Pier Video. After getting introduced to thai boxing he became consumed by it, had his first fight in 2004, and became captivated with nutrition and the benefits of a plant-based diet that especially included superfoods, raw juices, and lots of salads. Due to dissatisfaction with the commercial juice and raw food industry in New York, Marcus came up with the idea for Juice Press. Since its launch in 2010 it has grown like a weed. With now over 50 locations in the Northeast, JuicePress prides itself on being a customer-focused brand devoted to changing lives through education, product development, and the highest standards in the industry. Marcus continues to move Juice Press closer towards its goal of becoming the most trusted nutrition and wellness brand on the planet and we are honored to have him on as a special advisor to Rosecliff Ventures.
